Executive Summary
REHAU Incorporated is seeking an ambitious, experienced Systems Analyst to provide SAP applications support across multiple business units in Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Finance and Purchasing. The position will be based at REHAUs regional headquarters in Leesburg, Virginia. Responsibilities will include:
- Work with user departments to analyze and document business requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Implement system and process improvements as necessary while supporting the business users.
- Perform configuration and implementation of logistics modules of SAP including SD and MM.
- Support the design of process and technical interfaces between SAP and third party or proprietary systems.
- Provide ad hoc and formal SAP application training.
- Provide support for other projects as required.
- Continuously seek areas of improvement within the SAP support group.
- Provide helpdesk and troubleshooting support to end users.
- Document system modifications via formal change control procedures.
Education/Experience:
- BS in computer science, engineering, or similar technical field
- Five years of practical SD functional configuration experience in SAP R/3, in particular Quotes, Orders, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management and Rebate Processing (version 4.6C or higher).
- Extensive experience in cross module integration of SD with MM, WM, FI and CO-PA.
- Experience with IDOC and workflow processing, SAP scripts and output determination.
- Strong knowledge of the elements of the SAP Business Objects (SAP Data Objects, BAPI, RFC, IDOC, ALE) required.
- Working knowledge of MS Windows, Office, Project and Visio.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills and an ability to interact productively with internal and external business partners
- Able to learn new systems via self-study and hands-on approach
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Willing to travel to support specific project implementation
