Summary:
The Systems Administrator will be part of a (2) person team working with and reporting to the Director of IT, managing and supporting multiple Windows 2003, Windows 2008, and Debian Linux environments. Part of this job requires end-user support and multi-platform desktop support. 4+ years of hands on experience in a SysAdmin or NetworkAdmin role required. Job entails a lot of highly detailed work. Excellent technical skills and communication abilities required, as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
Required Skills :
- IIS6, IIS7, & Apache administration
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Mac OSX and WinXP Desktop Support and administration
- Experience with ghost imaging
- Windows 2003 Server Administration
- Windows 2008 Server Administration
- Linux Server Administration
- Exchange 2007 Server Administration
- MS SQL & MySQL server administration
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and DNS
- Centralized Antivirus, WSUS, and Backup Systems
- RAID Array management
- Strong Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
- DataCenter Experience
- Cold Fusion Administration
- Certifications (A+, MCP, MCSE, etc)
- Virtual Server Administration (Hyper-V & XenServer)
- Network Security experience
- Windows scripting (vbscript & powershell)
- SVN Experience
- Dell hardware experience
- Enterprise Firewalls / Routers
Full time position, salary DOE. Occasional night and weekend work is required.
