I-many, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated System & Network Administrator.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, installs, and configures network equipment and systems; configures, manages, and troubleshoots end user desktop and notebook computers, and peripherals; installs, configures, and administers site servers. Works closely with IT peers to ensure five 9s availability of systems, network, and computing environments. Supports end users and serves as the primary IT support resources in the respective company location. Deploys and manages servers, workstations, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and all host security systems.
Works assigned projects under the direction of manager while demonstrating significant initiative and the capacity to integrate and coordinate with other company organizations.
Candidates with MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Strong background with Windows Server (2000, 2003); Linux (Red Hat, CentOS); VMWare ESX, Active Directory 2003, and Microsoft Exchange. Cisco networking and security highly desirable. EDUCATION
Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
