The person will join the network operations team responsible for the design, development, deployment and management of the network infrastructure to support the Product Division’s customer hosting and other business unit network requirements. The person should have in-depth technical knowledge of network design, security strategies and tactics, and network management experience and be well-versed in industry trends. The position will focus primarily on networking, but will also include managing other aspects of the computing infrastructure, especially as it relates to security.

· Proven track record in managing and supporting a multi-site high availability network

· Experienced in provisioning, configuring, and troubleshooting various network and network security components

· Expertise in firewall technologies and security strategies with emphasis on proactive solutions
· Expertise in networking protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP
· Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, and load-balancing devices
· Knowledge and experience with managing heterogeneous computing environments that include Windows, Macintosh and Unix computers
· Experience in broadband solutions is a plus

Disaster Recovery planning experience is a plus

· 7-12 years of experience in network support and network management

· Technical undergraduate degree such as BS CS, Math, Physics (or equivalent experience)
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
Track record of establishing and meeting project schedules and goals
