Responsibilities

The primary requirement will be to provide support to users and work with the Managed IT Services Team on a variety of daily tasks and special projects.

Some of these tasks may include:

 User support

o Via phone and email

o Citrix troubleshooting

o Desktop support and troubleshooting

 Managing user accounts in Active Directory

o Group policies

o Password changes

 Creating and maintaining process documentation.

 Monitoring of enterprise systems.

 Antivirus scans and updates utilizing Trend and Symantec.

 Ensuring data backup

o Backup Exec

o NTbackup

 Cisco networking support

o Troubleshooting

o Port changes

o ACLs

o Basic routing and switching

 Asset management.

 Desktop and Laptop imaging.

 Software installations and configurations.

 Hardware troubleshooting and upgrading on both desktops and printers.

 Successful candidates must be prepared to work in a 24/7 environment, where day shifts, night shifts and additional hours will be required.

Qualifications

You must have at 2-3 years experience in one of the above areas, in addition to post secondary technical education.
