The William F. Ryan Community Health Center, a federally funded Multi-Site Community Health Center in Manhattan providing a broad range of health services for 41 years, seeks a highly motivated individual with a proven track record to provide technical support to staff on all Center supported software applications, hardware, and network communications.

Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Chief Information Officer the job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: design, implement, and troubleshoot the Ryan Center’s CISCO Networks, Windows Servers, ECW Linux Servers, VMware environment, site-to-site interconnectivity and its disaster recovery strategy.

Requirements:

• B.A. or B.S. in Information Technology, Engineering or Health Care strongly preferred;
• Firewalls, VPN, and Wireless Access Points
• Windows Server 2000/2003 administration, Exchange administration, Active Directory, configuring Group Policies and creating Login Scripts (at least 5 years of experience)
• A practical level of experience implementing and administrating common TCP/IP-based services, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, etc.

• Current CCNA preferred; Current MSCE, Linux & VMware certifications a plus.

Salary in the Low to Mid 80’s
