As the AdCommerce Network Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of initiatives and strategies to drive quality and relevancy within the AdCommerce network. You will develop and manage analytic and systematic tools and processes to quality-assess contextual and graphical creatives and their relevance to advertisers keywords and landing pages.
You will partner closely with domestic and international business teams, our Platform & Development team, as well as our Analytics team to reach your quality and relevancy objectives. This responsibility is global and you will be part of the AdCommerce Network Management Team, based in San Jose, CA.
Qualifications:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance relevancy and quality of the traffic network
- Gather and analyze internal and external data and make recommendations to optimize the traffic network
- Analyze and quality-assess contextual and graphical ads and associated landing pages
- Build predictive models to assess a visitors conversion intent to the visitors search phrase
- Report on network channel performance using the internal data warehouse and third-party analytics software tools
- Test, measure and report on the effectiveness of quality models and initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Utilize statistical analysis to optimize various revenue and quality models based on simulation exercises and historical data
- Analyze advertisers current and historical ad targeting demand, ad traffic and site/landing page profile
