Technology Systems Manager/IT Manager
Elgia, Inc., a growing technical support company in the Alpharetta area is seeking a Technology Systems Manager to be a part of a dynamic leadership team, for its expanding inbound technical support call center.
The ideal candidate will have IT experience in a call center environment, a familiarity with programming, phone system knowledge (telephony strongly preferred), strong network and server administration (windows domain a huge plus), PC support (including software and hardware). This position will also oversee the website development and maintenance.
Candidates must be willing to get their hands dirty, have a deep willingness to learn, be very thorough and detailed-oriented, have previous management experience, and be comfortable saying to the team heres what we need to do, you are free to figure out how.
